Enjoy a sip of Lilly’s favorite bedtime blend of camomile, lavender and lemon balm. All natural ingredients grown right here on Tres Pinos Valley Farm, no caffeine, no preservatives or fillers. Each loose leaf pouch contains 12-16 servings. Directions: steep up to one tablespoon of tea in tea steeper for 3minutes in hot water. Do not over steep to prevent bitter taste. Add some of our fresh raw honey for sweetness and enjoy!
